The following terms and conditions apply to Users or End Users (“User”, “You”, “Client”, “Customer”) accessing the website https://taylormade-golf.vn/ of THANG LONG TRADING VIETNAM JOINT STOCK COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as “THANG LONG TMVN”).

THANG LONG TMVN provides sales and collection services at home throughout Vietnam.
 
Please check the goods carefully, compare the product with the documents, warranty card (if any) before receiving. In case you ask a relative to receive the goods, you still need to check the goods carefully before receiving. After successful delivery, THANG LONG TMVN is only responsible for technical errors caused by the Manufacturer (according to the Exchange/Return Policy and Warranty Policy), all other cases will not be our responsibility.
 
Please note: All THANG LONG TMVN products sold have full documents such as: Sales invoice; or (and) Delivery note; or (and) Delivery note; or (and) Financial invoice (if requested by the customer). Therefore, customers have the right to refuse to receive goods without one of the four types of documents above. This is to ensure product quality, to buy the right product from us, and to ensure your rights in exchanging/returning goods.
 
Delivery time may be slower than expected for a number of reasons such as: Incorrect customer address, Customer not at home, Delivery staff unable to contact customer, natural disaster, fire, etc. If due to our reasons, we will contact you to rearrange a reasonable delivery time.
 
In case the expected time has passed and the customer has not received the goods, please respond so that we can take the fastest solution. While waiting for the goods, if you want to change the order (Change the product, Do not want to receive the goods anymore, ...) but the service has not delivered the customer, please notify us again so we can resolve it with the delivery service.
 
We currently have the following delivery methods:

1. Receive goods directly at Showroom

For customers who come to buy products at THANG LONG TMVN's headquarters and branches, you will receive the products directly at THANG LONG TMVN's stores and branches.
 
Please check the goods carefully, compare the product with the documents and warranty card (if any) before receiving.
 
The sales staff will provide you with full Sales Invoice; or (and) Financial Invoice (if requested by the customer). You have the right to request the sales staff to provide documents if they have not been provided in a timely manner.
 
2. THANG LONG TMVN employees deliver to customers' premises
 
For customers located in the inner city areas of Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City, THANG LONG TMVN employees will deliver goods to your doorstep upon customer's request.
 
In some cases, customers order products of high value and have addresses in neighboring provinces far from Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City, staff will deliver to your home (if requested by the customer).
 
The Shipping Department will contact you in advance to arrange a specific time and location for delivery.
 
Please check the goods carefully when receiving them from the delivery staff. If there are any problems related to the type, design, quality, or quantity of goods that are not as described in the order, please notify us immediately for coordination. If there are no problems, please receive the goods and sign the delivery note.
 
You receive the goods, sign the delivery note and pay the delivery staff all or part (if a deposit has been made) of the value of the purchased goods [including the value of the goods + shipping fee (if any) + installation fee (if any)].
 
In case the goods must be transferred from a remote warehouse to the warehouse at THANG LONG TMVN and branches of THANG LONG TMVN, the sales staff will contact you to renegotiate the delivery time.
 
In case for some reason our staff cannot deliver the goods on time, we will contact and notify you.
 
3. Courier delivers goods at the customer's home

For customers in remote districts and provinces, in case THANG LONG TMVN staff cannot deliver the goods, THANG LONG TMVN will authorize a number of delivery units such as VNPT, Viettel, or a number of other reputable delivery units, the shipping fee will be delivered to the customer's location and the collection fee will be paid by the customer.
 
When placing an order, please fill in all the required information completely and accurately to facilitate us in providing goods and receiving payment quickly. We are also not responsible for cases of delayed or lost delivery due to incorrect information provided by you.
 
Delivery time depends on whether you choose express or regular delivery, this time is only relative.

• Express delivery: 2 to 3 days
• Regular delivery: 5 to 10 days

Customer shall thoroughly inspect the goods upon receipt from the delivery personnel. If there are any issues regarding the type, quality, or quantity of the goods that do not match the order, kindly inform us immediately so that we can coordinate with the delivery service provider for resolution.
 
4. Delivery by passenger vehicle (bus) at bus stations.

Normally, this form of delivery will apply to customers in districts and provinces far from the center; and you have acquaintances - relatives who trust the bus.
 
We will deliver to you by passenger vehicle according to customer requirements.
 
Please provide us with accurate information about the bus company: Bus company name (vehicle name), Vehicle owner's full name (or driver, assistant), Vehicle license plate number, arrival and departure times at bus stations, ... and some other information.
 
Please pay the full value of the order before we deliver the goods or the owner (driver) of the passenger car will pay the full value of the order before receiving. At the same time, you should ask the owner of the car (the person receiving the goods from THANG LONG TMVN) to carefully check the goods before receiving.

5. Delineation of responsibilities between traders and logistics service providers regarding the provision of documentation for delivery during the transportation process.

Committed to delivering on time as announced. In case of violation of schedule, except in case of force majeure, compensation will be made according to regulations.

Provide full information about the service including quality standards, rates, liability for damages and other relevant information (if any), through the following forms: posting at the transaction location or direct information.

Guide the use and implementation of regulations and service exploitation procedures. Ensure service quality according to prescribed standards and agreements.

Ensure security in delivery services and safety, accuracy and confidentiality of information according to the provisions of law, specifically: protect the safety of information in the form of documents, packages, goods and safety for the delivery network; keep private information about service users confidential; do not open or exchange information content in the form of documents, packages, goods except in cases where the law provides or the two parties have other agreements.

Check documents related to the origin of postal items, parcels, luggage, delivery books, guarantee, security and safety of postal items and parcels throughout the sending process, until they are legally delivered.

Return mail and parcels to THANG LONG TMVN when they cannot be delivered to the recipient (must first notify by phone so that THANG LONG TMVN can provide additional information about the recipient or a new address or request a return).

Provide THANG LONG TMVN with payment notices, usage fee invoices, and detailed lists of transportation fees upon request.
